Crops thriving in the polytunnel..

Here is an example of growing various crops in a polytunnel. All down one side are over ninety tomato plants; some Plum, Cherry and also Marmande varieties.

On the opposite side there are Zuboda and Soleil variety courgettes, Market More & Tanja cucumbers, spanish sweet peppers and kohl rabis.

We fed the plants with liquid fertilizer made from comfrey. Diluted half and half with water the juice is still very potent; a noticeable result often occurs within just a few days.
